VELOP ("we," "our," or "us") is a mobile application developed and operated by Cloverhill LLC.

We are committed to protecting your privacy while providing a boutique darkroom experience.

1. Data Collection
We believe in the "Slow Tech" philosophy. VELOP is designed to function with minimal data collection. We do not collect "Personal Information" (such as your name or GPS location) unless you explicitly provide it for support purposes. While Velop collects zero user data, it utilizes standard, native Apple system frameworks (StoreKit 2 for secure transactions and MapKit anonymous geocoding to write local city/state lines to your Lab Notes).

2. Photo Privacy
Your photos are yours. VELOP processes your images locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or have access to the photos you "develop" within the app.Velop requires explicit user permission to access the device camera and photo library. All image adjustments, rendering, and metadata alterations are processed locally on your device; no image files or metadata are transmitted to external servers.

3. Third-Party Services
We may use limited third-party tools for crash reporting and app performance. These tools do not receive your photos or personal identity.

4. Data Retention & Deletion
We do not store your data or your images on our servers. Any data stored locally on your device is deleted if you uninstall the app. Because Velop does not require user accounts or collect personal information, there is no personal user data retained on external databases to delete.
